Terms And Conditions to display artwork on Oovu:

1. Oovu will provide each artist with display space for their artworks. Artists may add and remove artwork as desired. Oovu may limit the number of artworks to be displayed.
2. Artists will provide Oovu with digital images of their art, an artist's biography, artwork descriptions and artwork prices.
3. Oovu may sell originals, museum quality Giclee prints, posters and cards.
   Artworks may be sold on Oovu and under the Oovu Banner on eBay.
4. Prices for originals are set by the artist. All other prices are set by Oovu and will be:
   • Giclee 30% of Original Price ($299 minimum for works whose longest dimension is over 12", $159 minimum for works whose longest dimension is 12" or less)
   • Small Print $19
   • Medium Print $35
   • Large Print $55
   • Cards $25 for a set of 10, $39 for a set of 20
   
   Oovu has partnered with Lizza Fine Art Studios to produce high quality Giclee Prints, Art Posters and Art Cards. Posters and cards will be produced from the digital image that the artist uploads. Artist must ship their artwork to Lizza Fine Art Studios in order to sell Giclee prints.
   
   Once an order is placed for the first Giclee, Oovu will pay for the Lizza Scan and Color True-Up (a $195.00 value) and the printing of the Giclee Renditions. In return you will grant Oovu the exclusive right to sell 100 Giclee prints. You will receive a 25% commission on each sale, and will incur no cost beyond the initial shipment of your artwork to Lizza Fine Art Studios. All printing, packaging and shipping costs from Lizza Studios to the customer will be paid for by Oovu.
5. Artist will be responsible for shipping and insuring originals. Oovu will be responsible for shipping and insuring Giclee prints, posters and cards.
6. Oovu is not responsible for any fraudulent use of artworks displayed on the website. Artworks may always be removed by the artist.
7. Oovu is not responsible for any claims or representations made by the artists on the website. Images which violate intellectual property rights laws will be removed.
8. Oovu will not provide any artist's information to third parties unless you authorize Oovu to do so.
9. Images uploaded to Oovu may be used to promote the Oovu website and the Oovu Banner on eBay.
10. All promotion and advertising on Oovu is the responsibility of Oovu LLC. No other promotion or advertising is allowed on the site.

Oovu logos, graphics, designs, page headers, icons, buttons, and artwork are the property of Oovu, Inc. and represented artists.
