Shipping Original Art


Artists will be shipping Original Art when they sell an original and when they sell a giclee rendition and need a LizzaScan.

Artists will receive an email from Oovu with all the necessary shipping information.

When an original is sold, artwork must be carefully packaged and sent to the buyer. Please use the utmost caution in safeguarding your precious cargo. If you have shipped your original art before, make sure your work is protected against all possible mishaps and properly insured for loss or damage. If you have not packed and shipped your artwork before, you may want to bring your artwork to a major carrier such as FedEx or UPS, and have them package it.

When a giclee rendition is sold, and no LizzaScan has been made, the artist must carefully package their artwork and send it to Lizza Fine Art Studios. The address is:

If you have shipped your original art before, make sure your work is protected against all possible mishaps and properly insured for loss or damage. Artists will be reimbursed for shipping and insurance costs as detailed in their email. Artists are responsible for all packaging costs.

When artwork is sent according to the instructions in the artist's email, Oovu will receive the tracking information. If some other method of shipping is used, the artist must send Oovu the tracking information. This is necessary for Oovu to properly credit the artist's account for the correct net proceeds from the sale.

To send Oovu the tracking number:

  1. When you ship your item, make sure your Carrier provides you with a tracking number.
  2. Log into your account with Oovu.
  3. Click (button name here) and enter the tracking number for your package.
