Original Artworks: are unique works of art shipped directly to you by the artist.
Giclees: Giclee is the process of reproducing works of art by spraying archival inks on paper or canvas. Oovu Giclee prints are museum-quality copies of the artist's original work. The Giclee prints available on Oovu start with a unique scanning and color matching process created by Bob Lizza of Lizza Fine Art Studios. The artwork is then printed on canvas or fine art paper, at the artist's direction. The quality of these exceptional prints cannot be found anywhere else. Oovu Giclee prints allow customers to own a work of fine art at a price that they can afford.
Art Prints: Oovu posters are printed on fine art paper and available in small, medium or large sizes. Customers may choose to have their posters custom-framed with a classic black wooden frame. Oovu posters will look great on any wall in any room.
Note Cards: Oovu greeting cards are an exceptional value. The Oovu cards are 4x6 Strathmore Superfine stock with a print of the artist's painting or photo affixed to the front. They are more than cards, they are miniature works of art. Cards are sold in sets of 10 or 20 of the same artwork, or a custom set of mixed designs. Lovely Strathmore stock envelopes are included.

The artist packages and ships your artwork safely via a major postal carrier with shipping insurance.
You should receive your artwork within 2 weeks.
Because original artwork on Oovu is shipped directly from the artist it may not arrive at the same time as other items in your order.

The artist and our printer coordinate a high quality scan of the original artwork. This may add additional time to your order.
The printer ships a giclee rendition of your selection via a major postal carrier with shipping insurance.
You should receive your artwork within 3 weeks.

Oovu immediately notifies the printer of your order.
The printer ships a print or card set of your selection via a major postal carrier with shipping insurance.
You should receive your artwork within 2 weeks.

Oovu's return policy allows seven calendar days starting from delivery of your item(s).
You will need to notify Oovu within seven days via email at returns@oovu.com.
You email should include your full name and address and telephone number, as saved in your Oovu account.
Please also be sure to include your invoice number and the tracking number of your return shipment.
Your account will be refunded within 7 business days of the reciept of your item.
